Kayaking Basics

Super-stable easy-in easy-out sit-on-top kayaks will be brought to the launch site and we’ll make sure you’re properly set up and comfortable with your paddle, life vest and whistle.

There will be a brief check-in to verify everyone is there and signed in. The guide will describe the tour and potential highlights, and answer any upfront questions and concerns. The tour will push off; and kayaking instruction that is needed will be provided.

Florida is renowned for its diverse and abundant wildlife. You may see manatees, dolphins, alligators, osprey, heron, turtles, otters, deer, raccoon, wild turkeys . . . Our guides will keep a tabs on everyone in the tour, while also watching for wildlife you may need the help of a native eye to spot
